Circuit Plus accepts secure online payments through PayFast for eligible purchases made through our website.

Customers are redirected to or presented with the secure PayFast payment environment when selecting PayFast during checkout.

The payment options displayed within PayFast at the time of checkout are the options available for that transaction.

Direct Bank Transfer (EFT)

Circuit Plus accepts Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) for eligible website orders, quotations and invoices.

Customers should use the order number, quotation number or invoice number as the payment reference where instructed.

Orders paid by EFT are processed after payment has been received and verified.

Payment Security

Online payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway.

Circuit Plus does not directly store customers' full card numbers, card security codes, online banking passwords, PINs or one-time passwords on our website.

Customers should only make payment through the Circuit Plus checkout process or using verified banking details supplied through an official Circuit Plus channel.

Business Orders

Businesses, organisations, educational institutions, government entities and other customers may request formal quotations or invoices from Circuit Plus.

Business orders may be paid by Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) using the payment instructions provided on the applicable Circuit Plus quotation or invoice.

PayFast Payments

PayFast is Circuit Plus's secure online payment gateway for eligible website transactions.

Depending on the transaction and the payment options available within PayFast, customers may be presented with supported payment methods during the secure checkout process.

Customers should rely on the payment methods displayed within the PayFast payment screen when completing an online purchase.

Card Payments

Where card payment is available through PayFast, supported debit or credit cards may be used to complete the transaction.

Card acceptance, authentication and authorisation are subject to PayFast, the customer's issuing bank, the relevant card network and applicable transaction security requirements.

Circuit Plus staff will never ask a customer to provide a card PIN, card security code or one-time password by telephone, email or WhatsApp.

How Direct EFT Works

Select Direct Bank Transfer during checkout where available, or use the payment instructions provided on an official Circuit Plus quotation or invoice.

The correct order, quotation or invoice number should be used as the payment reference so that the payment can be matched to the correct transaction.

Order processing begins after payment has been received and verified by Circuit Plus.

EFT Payment Verification

Electronic bank transfers may not reflect immediately. Processing time can depend on the sending bank, payment type and normal banking processing.

Proof of payment may be requested where necessary to assist with payment verification. A proof of payment document does not by itself mean that funds have cleared or been received.

An EFT order will be released for normal order processing once the payment has been received and verified.

Banking Details & Payment Safety

Customers should only make EFT payments using banking details displayed during the official Circuit Plus checkout process, shown on a valid Circuit Plus quotation or invoice, or supplied through an official @circuitplus.co.za communication channel.

Before making payment, customers should verify that the payment instructions relate to Circuit Plus (Pty) Ltd and that the order, quotation or invoice information is correct.

If you receive an unexpected request to use different banking details, do not make payment until you have independently verified the request with Circuit Plus using the contact information published on this website.

Information We Will Never Ask You To Provide

Circuit Plus will never ask you to disclose your online banking password, card PIN or one-time banking password (OTP) to our staff.

Do not send these credentials to Circuit Plus by email, telephone, WhatsApp, live chat or any other communication channel.

If you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to be from Circuit Plus, contact us using the details published on this website before taking any action.

Quotation & Invoice Payments

Customers may request a formal quotation or invoice from Circuit Plus before completing a purchase.

Payment instructions and the applicable payment reference will be provided on the relevant business document where required.

Customers should verify the company name, order information, amount payable and payment instructions before making payment.

Payment Confirmation

Successful PayFast payments are generally communicated electronically to Circuit Plus through the payment process.

Direct EFT payments require the funds to be received and verified before the associated order proceeds through normal processing.

Customers will receive normal order communication as their order moves through processing and dispatch.

Failed Or Pending Payments

If a payment fails, is cancelled, remains pending, is reversed or cannot be verified, the associated order may remain on hold until successful payment has been confirmed.

Where necessary, the customer may complete payment again using an available payment method.

Order Processing After Payment

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorised, received or verified, depending on the payment method used.

Processing may include reasonable payment verification, order validation, fraud-prevention checks, address verification and product availability validation before dispatch.

Fraud Prevention & Verification

Circuit Plus and its payment service provider may perform reasonable transaction verification and fraud-prevention checks before an order is released.

An order may temporarily remain on hold while payment, customer or order information is reasonably verified.

A transaction may be declined or cancelled where payment cannot be verified or where the payment service provider or financial institution declines the transaction.

Prices & Currency

All prices displayed on the Circuit Plus website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless clearly stated otherwise.

The price displayed for a product is the selling price payable for that product, excluding any separately displayed delivery charges or other charges that may apply to the order.

The complete order total, including any applicable delivery charge, is displayed during checkout before the customer completes payment.

Delivery Charges At Checkout

Standard Courier Delivery is R149 nationwide for orders below R5,000.

Free nationwide delivery applies to orders of R5,000 or more.

The applicable delivery charge is displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally processed back to the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.

Once a refund has been approved, Circuit Plus will process the refund within 10 calendar days, or sooner where required by applicable law. The time taken for funds to appear in the customer's account may additionally depend on the bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Business & Procurement Orders

Circuit Plus supports business, corporate, educational, institutional and other procurement transactions through formal quotations and invoices.

Where a purchase order or other procurement documentation is required, the applicable commercial and payment information will be confirmed as part of the transaction.

Unless other terms have been expressly agreed in writing, payment should be made according to the instructions stated on the applicable Circuit Plus quotation or invoice.

Check the company name, payment amount and banking information before authorising the transaction.

Use the correct order number, quotation number or invoice number as your payment reference where instructed.

Where courier tracking information is available, it will be provided after dispatch.
