Payment Methods
Circuit Plus (Pty) Ltd is a South African information technology company and online technology retailer. This Payment Methods page explains the available payment options for online purchases, business orders, quotations, invoices, and procurement-related transactions.
Circuit Plus provides secure payment options for online technology purchases, business orders, quotations, and invoice-based procurement. Customers may pay securely through PayFast, Paystack, or direct bank transfer.
Online card, QR, wallet, and EFT payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Circuit Plus does not store sensitive card details, banking credentials, or payment information on our website.
Businesses, organizations, educational institutions, and government entities may request quotations and pay through approved procurement, invoice-based payment, or direct bank transfer processes.
Orders are processed once payment has been authorized, received, or confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability, supplier confirmation, fraud screening, and payment clearance.
Customers can complete purchases securely through PayFast using supported payment options such as Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, Scan to Pay, Bank QR Code Apps, Store Cards, and MobiCred, subject to availability at checkout.
Paystack provides an additional secure online payment option for customers who prefer card payments, Scan to Pay, or SnapScan. Available methods may vary depending on customer banking support and payment availability.
Supported debit and credit card payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Authorization, verification, and fraud prevention checks may be applied where required to protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions.
Customers may complete payment using supported QR and scan-to-pay options, including SnapScan, Zapper, Scan to Pay, and Bank QR Code Apps where available through the selected payment provider.
Customers may pay directly into the Circuit Plus bank account using the order number, quotation number, or invoice number as payment reference. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once payment has been confirmed and funds have cleared.
Business customers may request a formal quotation before placing an order. Once accepted, Circuit Plus may issue an invoice for settlement via EFT or approved business payment arrangements.
Online payments are usually confirmed automatically by the selected payment provider. Manual EFT and direct bank transfer payments may require additional time for funds to reflect and be verified before order processing begins.
If a payment fails, is cancelled, remains pending, or is not confirmed by the payment provider, the order may not be processed until a successful payment or verified bank transfer has been received.
Refunds, payment reversals, order cancellations, and credit-related matters are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy, supplier processes, payment provider procedures, and applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
Circuit Plus and its payment providers may conduct fraud screening, transaction verification, identity checks, or order validation where required. Orders may be delayed, declined, or cancelled if payment risk cannot be reasonably verified.
Corporate, institutional, educational, and government procurement orders may be handled through quotation, purchase order, invoice, or other agreed business payment processes, subject to approval by Circuit Plus.
Payment options displayed at checkout may vary depending on the payment gateway, customer device, bank support, payment provider availability, order value, and transaction eligibility.
For security and order protection, additional verification may occasionally be required before an order is processed. This helps protect customers, prevent unauthorized transactions, and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
Our team can assist with payment queries, quotation requests, business purchases, invoice-related questions, direct bank transfer confirmations, and order processing support.
